Nielsen's Processing is now accepting deer.
Turn your harvest into quality meat for your freezer: steaks, roasts, ground venison, sausage and specialty options. Fast turnaround, affordable pricing, and clean, careful processing every time.
We process one deer at a time — you always get your own meat back.
We accept whole carcass, quartered, or boned-out meat — and all wild game, not just deer.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is due when you drop off.
Extended season hours: 7 AM – 10 PM, including late arrivals. Please call ahead so we can be ready for you! Random drop offs may have to wait.
Rifle season runs Nov 14–22 and spots fill up fast — call or message Mitch at 308-370-2636 or Bonnie at 308-833-3320!
In Nebraska, a meat locker must obtain a Nebraska deer permit and a checked tag from a hunter to process their deer legally, so please have that information ready so this is a speedy process.
We are located between Doniphan and Grand Island and can easily be found on Google Maps.
