Nielsen's Processing is a small, family-owned business located in Grand Island. Together we have five children, who are usually floating around the store with us. We believe that family is everything, and building a great relationship with our customers is what makes us successful.

We take pride in bringing the farm life to your table with our homemade jams and jellies, our farmers market during the summer, our custom processing, and our free-range, farm-fresh eggs. 

There is a wide variety of steaks, roasts, prime rib, and so much more ready for purchase. 

We specialize in slaughter and processing beef, hogs, and wild game. With our custom recipes, we will have you coming back year after year.
