OUR STORY
Nielsen's Processing is a small, family-owned business located outside of Doniphan. We have been processing meat for 6 years now. From processing deer for friends and family to running our own store, and now to be taking it back home to focus on our family, it has been a successful dream come true. Together we have five children. We believe that family is everything, and building a great relationship with our customers is what makes us successful.
We take pride in bringing the farm life to your table with our custom beef, hog and wild game processing, and our free-range, farm-fresh eggs.

And last but certainly not least, our BBQ Catering is a huge hit! We will cater any event, large or small. We went from selling BBQ retail to serving hot and ready BBQ on Saturdays to a full-blown catering business that has taken off.
